We really hope that you have a seamless experience when using the Ready Ping platform, and we have worked hard to do our best to ensure this. However we also appreciate that sometimes things just don't work.
In the event of you experiencing an issue we have created two very simple methods of getting in touch:
Option 1 - Via our Help Agent
Towards the bottom left of your screen you will see our Help Agent. It is a small blue circle with a question mark in it. To raise a support request simply:
Click the Help Agent circle which will pop a number of options.
Select Contact Support which will pop up a form for you to complete.
Enter your Name, Email and a Description of the issue you are experiencing. Try to be as detailed as you can.
That's it, a ticket has been raised with our support team and we will aim to get back to you via the email you provided within 48 hours, usually a lot less.
Option 2 - Via email
If you would rather send an email just email support@readyping.io. Again one of our team will email you back within 48 hours, again usually a lot less.
