Step 1 - Getting to the check in site
The visitor check in experience is super simple. In essence the visitor will have two methods of checking in with their own mobile device.

In their mobiles web browser navigate to rpng.me.

Step 2 - Selecting your business
Once they have scanned or entered the link they will be taken to our check in site. From here they will be prompted to allow Notifications and Location. They just need to click Allow on both message boxes.
We use their location to identify their position and suggest nearby businesses. We need permission to enable notifications so that we can inform them when you are ready for them.
When they have allowed these they will then be shown a list of businesses for them to have the ability to check in to, with your listing at the top.
From here they just simply click on Check In.
Step 3 - Entering their details and checking in
To inform you of their arrival they just need to enter their details. The next screen at a minimum will prompt for their name and depending on how your have configured Ready Ping it could also ask for the following additional information:
Mobile
Vehicle Registration/ Bay Number
Custom Field
When they have entered their details they simply just click Check In. Your team will then be immediately notified and your client will receive a re-assurance message to let them know that you are aware that they are waiting, similar to the screen below.
