Within the Ready Ping system you can request for your visitor to share with you their vehicle registration or bay number upon check in.
This setting can be customised on a per location basis. If you want to ask for bay number upon check in you simply need to:
Ensure that you are logged in as an 'Company Admin' user.
Within the top navigation click on ADMIN.
From the left hand menu select Locations.
On the location you want to edit click Manage.
Look for the option labelled Does this location have a car park? and select Yes.
You will then have an option asking you Does this location operate parking bay numbers? again select Yes.
Finally when you are happy click Update Location. Your visitors will now be prompted for their car parking bay number upon checking in to that location.
