Within the Ready Ping system you have the ability to create as many locations as your business requires. Locations are premises that your visitors could visit.
By default when you create your account on the Ready Ping system you would have created your first location, however should you require more than one location the process to do so is simple:
Ensure that you are logged in as an 'Company Admin' user.
Within the top navigation click on ADMIN.
From the left hand menu select Locations.
On the top right of the table click the button that states Create new Location this will then load a new page.
Start by entering the Location Name, this is the full name of that business premises.
You then will be required to enter the Location Short Name. This is what is shown on the top right of the Planner screen. This can be the same as the Location Name if you wish.
Within the Search Address field start by entering your address or Zip Code (Post Code), this will then list suggested locations in a drop down list below. Just select you address from this list.
Immediately this will then display a map with a pin highlighting your business location. You can re-position this pin by clicking on the map. Please ensure to get the pin as close to your business location as possible.
You will have noticed that a number of additional fields would have become visible and maybe pre-filled. These include Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, Town, County and Postcode. Please ensure these are completed.
Should your location have a car park you have the ability to collect the vehicle registration or bay number of your visitors when they check in. If this is something you are after select Yes from the Does this location have a car park? field.
If you have selected Yes to the Does this location have a car park? you then have the option to collect the visitors bay number instead of their vehicle registration. If this is something you would like instead then select Yes from the Does this location operate parking bay numbers? field.
Finally when you are happy click Create Location.
